Xcala GP is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
Data we collect
When you contact us through this site we collect: your name, your email address, your phone number, your business type and, optionally, your city. We do not collect payment data or sensitive information.
Purpose
We use this data solely to contact you — by WhatsApp, phone or email — and share information about Xcala GP's automation and customer-acquisition services. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to know, update, correct, and delete your personal data, and to revoke your consent for its processing at any time.
Retention period
We retain your data while a business relationship exists or until you exercise your right to deletion. Inactive data is deleted or anonymized after 12 months.

You can exercise any of these rights by messaging us on WhatsApp and telling us what you'd like to do with your data.
